  3. Incomplete or Unexecuted Services:

    If, for any reason, we are unable to complete the agreed-upon services, a proportional refund will be issued based on the services not rendered.

  4. Overpayment:

    If you have inadvertently made an overpayment for our services, we will promptly review the transaction and issue a refund for the excess amount.

Return Policy:

Our services involve the transportation of goods, and hence, a traditional return policy may not be applicable. However, we acknowledge the importance of addressing concerns related to damaged or lost items during the moving process.

    In the event of damaged or lost items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 48 hours of the completion of the moving process.

  2. Claims Process:

    We have a structured claims process in place to address issues related to damaged or lost items. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to file a claim, and we will work diligently to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

  3. Compensation or Replacement:

    Depending on the nature of the damage or loss, we will either offer compensation for the affected items or arrange for suitable replacements.
